cc - i've been loving that dress on bluefly for so long! great buy!


i just returned from shopping my neighborhood boutiques and i bought this dress, which i'm in love with (and wearing out tonight!) -



i also got an aqua tee and tangerine colored s/s cashmere blend sweater on sale at BR.

smash - I love that dress! What brand is it?

If you get a chance tonight or tomorrow check out the Bluefly sale. They had a few of that style left in light blue, black, forest green, maybe 1 or 2 other colors. And it was only $40! I've been stalking it online forever and it's never dropped below $100.

i definitely hope to get over to the sale tomorrow first thing - i had planned to go today but then a friend was out in queens, so we just stayed here to shop.


the dress is a brand i've never heard of - iner - it was really affordable ($45) and i'd say the quality is on-par or maybe a notch above something from h&m or express. i got it at the "o boutique" on austin street in forest hills if you really feel like hunting it down. :) they also had it in a red/black/gray dotted pattern.

 some nine west shoes just like these steve madden except the heel is dark brown and they were about $25 cheaper than these steve madden ones.  I finally found the perfect pair of leopard heels.


 


Also black stylist pants from Express and three 3/4 length sleeved shirts from cato in brown, lt blue, and white.

AE has been marking things down again!

shirt.jpg Haha!  I've been waiting for this to get marked down because it's just a shirt and I wasn't going to pay $30 for it even though I really wanted it!  I really like how it's nice and long in the arms and torso.


And at Macy's I got a set of 10 wooden hangers for $4.79!!!!  I thought they were sale priced at $7.99 but I just checked my receipt.  I will have to go and get some more tomorrow!

Just workout stuff at the Adidas outlet. Kinda boring but I got three bras, two pairs of pants, two t-shirts and four pairs of really nice performance socks for just over $100. I heart outlets.

I am enthusiastically embracing the ballet flat thing. Am actually thinking of taking some of my longer pants to be hemmed so I can wear them with flats. I figure if I wear flats 75% of the time and heels 25%, that's a pretty decent ratio, right?

I haven't been shopping in over a week, one of my jewelry stores was having a 50% off the store sale, so......



  • 1 pr. of earrings

  • Pr. of earrings for my Mom

  • Anklet/toe ring set

  • 2 earrings/necklace set

All for about $13.00.


And a gold leaf necklace from Avon.


I may step out and do a little more shopping today w/my niece, it's still early.
