I watched the first half, but taped the rest and haven't watched it yet.


I think they didn't do much to make Betty look fug (well, aside from the outfits). In the original Spanish version the character's hair was all greasy looking. If you take off the glasses and pluck the eyebrows, Betty would look nice. Not a supermodel, but nice.

it was predictable, but enjoyable. i don't like having to miss the office, though.

It was okay, I guess with all the hype they were giving it I was expecting more? But I will tune in for the rest of the shows.


It's pretty out there with the sex things and I think they should air this show at a later time.So I will be watching it on Tivo without my kids around. My kids are still up at 8pm and I really wouldn't care for them to see certain scenes that they aired last night. Example: when he was getting head from that girl under his desk! I mean, you don't see it exactly but I'm afraid my 10 year old will be wondering about it, maybe. So I take it this show isn't a family show?

Watched it, loved it!  I don't know why I was expecting that Betty would get a makeover by the lady who works in the closet, because then they couldn't call it Ugly Betty anymore!
