should i buy this dress?

i've never really been a "casual dress" person, but lately i've been finding myself drawn to all of the knit dresses out there, especially this one.



there is a 30% off code (rc30) right now, so it would be $145. i just don't know if it's worth that much. i figure i could wear it in the spring as well because the color is pretty seasonless. 


what do you girls think?

It totally looks like you!  It'd look great with boots and a scarf.  And yeah, you definitely can wear it in the spring.  Also, it could be dressed up or down.  I think it is very versitile and therefore, you need it

personally, i am a big fan of the casual dress, so i would say yes, you should buy it. i have one similar to that by ella moss and i wear it a lot.

eta: is this featured in lucky breaks this month? if yes, i saw it and thought it was really pretty.

on a side note: did you get the coupon to work? i don't think it works on sale items, but i tried on fullpriced items yesterday to no avail.

i also tried it yesterday and it wasn't working, but i just clicked "update" this morning and it took the 30% off so it should be working now.

that dress definitely looks like you...and i agree that it's fairly seasonless (color as well as style).  i can totally see you rocking it with boots or flats, with a belt or scarf around the waist, layered over a shirt or turtleneck...you should get it, for sure.

i got the dress today and i am absolutely in looooooooooooooooooooooooove with it, so i wanted to post a review (ten thumbs up!) incase anyone else was interested in getting it. the green is *gorgeous* -- it's a deep real green, which i haven't seen around for a long time (it's not kelly green). it's comfy and so flattering. and the back and sleeves have very cool details (slight opening down to about mid-back, openings at the sleeves).


this isn't the best shot to see the details, but i just threw on some boots and a necklace to show what the dress looks like.

I love it and it looks great on you! I'm glad you decided to buy it. I am a huge fan of the casual dress. I like how you can dress it up for going out or dress it down for work.
