I have this urge to cut my hair into bangs. I want eyebrow length blunt bangs- Is this a totally crazy idea?


My hair is fine so I'd have to cut a pretty thick bang. But I don't like my forehead (as silly as that sounds; bf and I call it my 5-head) and bangs would cover it. But growing out bangs really sucks if it doesn't work out, I used to have sideswept bangs and I didn't like them b/c they just hung in my eyes constantly. But it would give me a bit of a softer look, especially when my hair is pulled back....

I think they would look cute.  You have such pretty eyes; the bangs would draw lots of attention to them.  Please post pics if you do them!

As pretty as they are, those kind of bangs can be a pain.  It was always hard for me to make my ponytails smooth with bangs and they took for.ev.er to grow out (like ~6 months to where they would tuck behind my ears and stay).  Be sure you realllly want them before you cut.

I think maybe more side-swept bangs would be better. That way if you get tired of having bangs, you can hide them.

I think that they would be really cute. However, you must consider that since you work as a chef that they could be annoying in a hot kitchen. Have you thought of how you would pull them back if they got annoying? Headbands, bobbypins, etc (duh, I know).

i think they would look perfect on you! esp if they are a little longer, you can start to sweep them to the side if they are annoying.
