Creme Blush Question
Permalink Closed

Hi Girls!!!

Been MIA for awhile but it feels good to be back!!!

Anyway, I love all the colors of the Maybelline creme blush and just wanted to know what would be the best way to apply it? I use my fingers to apply the foundation, but am wondering as to how to apply the blush on top of that. Ive seen people use brushes with it, but will this ruin them?Would a sponge be better?

Thanks in advance for the tips!!

Personally, I prefer to use my fingers. It comes off streaky with a brush, even a smooth brush like a concealer one makes it streaky for me. The trick for your fingers is blend, blend, blend

What I do is coat my brush with the product, tap off excess (like you're sponge painting), and then make a sideways v on the cheek (you're going across and down where the natural flush is). Then blend the v out with your fingers.

I use my fingers.  I also use a pretty light pinky/peach shade, so it is pretty easy to blend.

Yeah, I use my fingers too.  I wash my hands right beforehand so I don't have excess oils on my fingertips when I dip them into the blush.  Then I just blend well.

I find that the heat from fingers helps the cream blush blend in faster and more evenly.
