When is NYC sample sales week?

Hi Girls! 


I remember about Fall last year there were a lot of NYC girls on here mentioning all the fabulous sample sales!  I wanna plan a trip to go out there for that!  Does anyone have specific dates and info?  or even a timeframe if it's a bit aways?

I don't know when the next batch of sample sales are, but I know that there were a ton that took place 3-6 weeks ago in NYC so I wonder if it might be a while before there's a lot in quick succession.

you can find sample sales in late fall/december (i always like the inhabit one and i think theirs is fall)- but i know a lot of designers have pressure from showrooms to wait til after the holidays.  Once resort is out though- there is usually good sales. you can check listings online nymetro.com.  Any specific sale you'd like to go to?- designers tend to hold them around the same time every year.

I especially remember at that time some girls mentioning the DVF sample sale, sample sales for some line of handbags, and more (wish I could remember now).  I just know the designers were more "dressy" than the sample sales we have in L.A.
