I had thought about wearing a green v-neck vest over the top like this one


Caslon V-Neck Vest but in this green color


 


However, the vest is sold out in my size


Please help me.  I am even willing to drop the polka dot shirt and vest idea and go in a different direction.  Ladies, I need your expert hel

I really love the idea of it with a sweater vest..they have a ton of them at Target.

I think you should absolutely stick to your idea. I also think a deep red would be beautiful.


I don't know if either of these stores is in your area, but H&M and Madewell both had v-neck sweater vests very similar to the one you posted in stores yesterday.

Target has a black and grey striped vest that I think would look really cute.  I think the small dots on the shirt and stripes in the vest would look great.  Plus, the vest is only $15.

I've been looking for a green sweater vest, too. I really wanted the one from J.Crew but the green one is sold out online. I'm still hoping to find it in the store, although I'm not too sure about the quality.


Esprit has a sweater vest in purple, if you're willing to consider other colors:

A nordstrom store is sending the green vest to me.  It was on sale for $17.90.  There is a funny thing that happened in my quest to get this vest.  I told about it in weekend shopping thread.

i have an anthro top thats a green l/s sweater w/a black/white polka dot button down blouse "underneath" (just the top part is sticking out).  Weird!  anyway- good thing you got the vest!
