-and I finally went to the H&M that just opened in Pasadena (it was a madhouse in there!) and got a ruffled striped blue and white button down shirt, 3 headbands, a hair barrette, & a key/lock pendant necklace.

A funny story: It was not available online in my size so I did a live chat on the nordstrom website with customer service. They located a store that had the green in my size. When I gave the person my phone # so they could give it to the store to call me, I gave them my area code and my seven digit number (like this: 123-456-7890) Anyway, I waited and waited and the store never called me. So I got back on the live chat and they assured me they had given the store my number and that they would call me. They gave me the store's location so I could call them. I called them and they said they had tried to call me but they kept getting a message that said my number wasn't valid. In the course of the conversation, the girl at the store asked me for my number again to put on the order. She said, "Let's put a 1 in front of it since it is long distance." Ummmm...that was why she couldn't get through to me when she was dialing my number--she wasn't putting a 1 in front of the area code. I thought everyone knew that. It was so funny. Anyway, I got the sweater for only $17.90 plus $8.95 shipping so it was worth all the trouble.

I bought 3 pair of black pants - I found some Michael Kors for $40 but to be honest I think I was blinded by the price tag & the fact that they fit me - they may go back.

Some Jack Rogers knock off at Marshalls a brand I've never heard but they were bronze/silver - the perfect combo I was looking for.
