I am thinking about breaking down and buying the "pudding flap tote." Can't post a pic, but here's a link: http://www.revolveclothing.com/DisplayProductDetail.jsp;jsessionid=7F6D999C842AB2E4F15EA2B076CBB832?product=BULG-WY48.
My questions are:
1. Those of you who own a Bulga, do you feel the leather is pretty durable? I'm pretty hard on my bags and this leather looks so soft that I worry about damaging it.
2. Does anyone have an IRL pic or an ad pic of this bag with an outfit? It seems like there used to be one floating around of the turquoise ... I'm having a hard time picturing the size and shape with an outfit, and it's a pretty "flat" bag (from the side - the depth is only like 3") so I am worried it won't be roomy enough. If anyone owns or has seen this IRL, can you comment?
3. Do we have opinions on color? The only colors I am adamantly against are brown and black.
4. Is this bag played out? I'm drawn to it b/c of the lack of hardware. I am really over buckles, snaps, grommets, etc., but is this one too ... I don't know. Done?

I'm considering getting the Pudding Flap tote too! I want chocolate brown though. Alliegurl - do you have the Pudding Flap? Can you carry it on your shoulder?
I have been in LOVE with this bag forever. I still want one. I think that the plum looks fabulous, but can't seem to find it. I also think that the satin blue looks great in the pix at revolve (duller/muted blue/gray), but at bagshop.com they look metallic blue, which I am not into.
Also, I saw that on bag shop that they have a bag that I think looks very much like the pudding flap for $125 less. They call it the bulga "handle bag". The dimensions are different, but it sucks that there are no alternative images.

Here it is:
That is the small version, hence the smaller price tag.

Of course! That makes sens. However, the dimensions stated are 17 L x 9 H x 9W. The large is 16.5 W x 14 H x 2.5 D. What is up with that?

I have this one in choc brown. It fits on the sholder, or you can carry it as a handbag. I really really love it, so much so I have considered buying it in other colors as well.
I have it in gold (it's actually more bronze-ish IRL). The leather is buttery soft and I think, wears well. I too love it's lack of hardware, and for that reason, think you could carry it for seasons. I plan to carry mine until it falls apart. So obviously, I think you should totally get. I'm currently loving the navy and plum. Also, like someone else said, you can't really beat the price tag. I got mine last Feb. for less than $300 at bagshop.

If anyone is thinking about getting a Bulga, there is a 30% off code right now. It's actually a 35% off code for GoClothing, but Revolve will match 30% of it. The code is VIP35.
Place your order with Revolve, then e-mail, call, or live-chat and tell them about the code. Not sure when it expires.
