Can Boots With Zippers Be Shortened?

If the leg shaft (with zippers) is too long, can it be shortened by a cobbler? Thanks!

Well, the zipper shouldn't interfere with shortening them as zippers are fairly easy to shorten.  I guess I'd just call your cobbler and ask.
