foot petals? do they help your feet?
Permalink Closed

Do many of you use foot petals brand items? I usually just let poorly fitting shoes that I HAD to have be, but I've been trying to pay more attention to my foot health, so I was wondering if they were worth it.

I did order Insolia's and will be trying those out in my heels too.

Any comments or suggestions?

TIA

I have foot petals (the ball of foot ones). They're nice, but IMO not any nicer than the Dr Scholl's insoles. They are thinner, though, so they might work well if your shoes are perfect-fitting/tight. I stand almost all day, and insoles make a huge difference to my feet. HTH

Footpetals have been a life saver for me. I have trouble with the metatarsal arch and they give me just enough support in dressier shoes. Since they come in colors, I use them in sandals too, and they aren't visible.

For sneakers and walking shoes I have to get more serious foot pads through a specialty store.

Let us know how you like the Insolia's. I have thought of trying them, but haven't so far.
