Aerosol Cans on Airplanes

I know I may sound so stupid asking this but can you take aerosol cans on a plane? I'll be checking it because of all the BS stuff of what you can and cannot bring on these days. but ok here comes the stupid part, since it's not pressurized in baggage check will it explode or leak? Will it be ok in a ziploc bag sealed up ?

I just finished flying this past week and I packed multiple aerosol things and nothing exploded on me.  That said I did ziplock it as a just in case measure as I didn't want sunscreen and bug spray on everything.  You should be fine.

i pack an entire 18" roll bag of entirely hair products that i fly with for work and i've only had 3 cans explode on me (out of about 100+ aerosol cans over all my flights).

i would say you are pretty safe.  my personal stash never explodes on me.

The only thing I've had explode on me was a can of shaving cream, which isn't realy aerosol.  I learned that the shaving cream explosiion can be prevented by spraying a little cream out before you pack it, so the can isn't completely full.  I also pack all my toiletries in ziplock bags.
