do i have the right shoes for skinny jeans?

I wear my pointy heels as well as platform peep-toes. I will wear them with flats, but only pointy flats. I also tuck skinny jeans into boots.

I think platforms look especially nice, as do round toe flats - I also echo kitty's choices.

the only reason I don't do the round-toe flats is because I'm "hippy" and the lack of heel coupled with the rounded toe isn't a good combo.

But yeah, it looks cute on the smaller-hipped women.

yeah, they can kind of have a stumpy factor, whereas pointy can be elongating. I'm just always worried with pointy toed I'll look like I have pin-feet and my hips look larger because of the difference between the point of the shoe and my hips (similar to pin-head syndrome where someone has a little head with short hair and big hips...)

I like pointy shoes with pants that cover my feet - that definitely elongates my legs. I always have to try shoes on with what I'm wearing anyway for the right balance of lower half and shoe.

I like them with boots or with round towe shoes (esp. platforms).

I think they look cute with round flats but only if they're the right length (a tad shorter...so you see a bit of space between.)

I'm just not feeling pointy toes lately.
