ugh - now I'm worrying the dress/tunic is too short on me. is it ok? please be honest! I don't want to try to pull something off that I can't pull off...

ETA: I haven't felt comfortable in my clothes yet, and sometimes have a hard time leaving the house because I hate how I look. yes, I'm being a baby.

First off, you're not being a baby, I think it is totally understandable to feel that way.  Secondly, the dress is not too short, I think it looks great on you.  The most important thing though is for you to feel comfortable and confident.

this gets my vote as well!  and i do NOT think the jacket looks odd, i definitely think it adds something and serves the purpose you're after since it's a little boxy and not fitted.

you'll be the most fabulous-looking gal!

OOH! I want to change my vote to this! That dress looks so great on you and the whole ensemble is fabulous. Just have a good time pimping that sex-tastic outfit.

i agree with fashionprincess... you're handling this so well, and you look great to boot!

the tunic doesn't look short.  your outfit is ravishing, so don't convince yourself otherwise

i love it with this bag! i think i would have voted to go all black and blue instead of throwing in the burgundy tights/shoes though. the jacket is perfect for tonight's not so perfect weather.

have a great time!

I think I may try some black tights and I have some black patent boots (I couldn't find them this morning, though!)

i guess i should've said that i liked outfit #3 with the blue MJ bag. black boots could look hot too though.

I agree, even though I am a bit late. It's a gorgeous combo, and you look amazing.

The outfit you chose is really cute! You look great and the dress NEVER came off as too short to me. It was the perfect length.

I have to say that I was really a fan of #2 though. If my legs were like yours I'd wear crazy patterned tights too.
