NEED HELP!

Hello ladies! I really need some advice. I am a stay at home mommy right now going to school. I have about $400 to spend on some new stuff for fall. I am at a loss as to what to buy. I tend to wear a lot of basics and love JCREW, and BR. I am looking for some basic shirts that I can get in bulk. This sounds like it would be easy but I am a size 16 right now ( ) so what most girls wear, won't work on me. Does anyone have any ideas for some staples on a budget?? Keep in mind I am home with kids most days, and usually just running errands, at the park etc.. Then I have school at night....so I dress pretty casual. I know this seems like an endless question, but I am just so sick of trying to find the right items and need some help :)Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

do you have a jcrew outlet near you? They always have great prices and they usually have a good stock of larger sizes.

I'd probably hit or Target or Gap and buy some long sleeve fitted T'sand polos in pretty colors and then accessorize them with fun necklaces, scarves, etc. to make them feel different.

I'm the same size as you, and I buy most of my clothes at Target and Old Navy and then spend more on bags/shoes/jewelry.

If you find some jeans and sweaters/tops that fit well, pair it with some interesting accessories to spice up your look.

Target is great for basics and they are cheap and come in a wide variety of sizes. And I agree with the others, if you want to make it a little more exciting, just add some fun accessories and you are good to go.
