This is a good one (just a theory):


The story goes that when Katie Holmes split with her exboyfriend Chris Klein in March 2005, she may or may not have realized she was pregnant with his baby. She started dating Tom in April, 2005, and according to this tale, when Tom found out she was expecting, he not only didn't MIND , but he insisted on taking credit for the pregnancy. They abruptly got engaged in June 2005. Since the baby was scheduled to be born too soon into their relationship, Tom and Katie faked the birth date. She actually gave birth months EARLIER than the announced birth. She wore padding for the last few months after the REAL birth, and made sure she was photographed. In case you don't remember, Suri's announced April 18 birth was oddly undocumented - there were no hospital records or specifics. Where WAS Suri born? Tom and Katie didn't want their baby photographed because it would be apparent that Suri wasn't newborn. After a few months it's not so easy to recognize a baby's exact age. Have you noticed that Suri has uniquely slanted eyes like Chris Klein?

Plus dont forget that it was rumored for years that tom cruise is infertile, which is why he and nicole addopted!

seriously - that's a strong possibility...


take Liv Tyler for example, her mother, Bebe Buell, told Liv her father was Todd Rundgren (and vice versa) until she was an adult, I think (little different circumstances, but still). I've read she did it because she though Todd had more of a future then Steven Tyler... maybe it's an arrangement between the three - stranger things have happened before, i.e. Michael Jackson.

I was thinking the same thing.  I knew all their kids were adopted and isn't Nicole pregnant now?  This totally makes sense!

I truly think it is possible. However, the only peice of the puzzle that is stumping me it that KH and CK were really big on waiting and being virgins and all that. After being engaged for 5 years why would they suddenly break their vow and get pregnant?

Re the Katie and Chris being "really big on being virgins" post... I think I read somewhere that girls who make that pledge are statistically more likely to have sex within the year, and statistically SIGNIFICANTLY more likely to have unprotected sex that results in consequences, like hey, an unplanned pregnancy... I'm mostly kidding, but still... Oh, and if the rumor's true, she obviously didn't make Tom wait long.

PS - does anyone else think Chris is gay too? (I've been convinced Tom is for years...)

I think it's totally plausible. I don't trust TC. I just wonder why Chris Klein would give up his baby. I mean, wouldn't he wonder when she was pregnant right away? And especially now? I think the baby looks sort of like Katie, but I don't see Tom in her at all. I am with FP -- someone needs to call Maury.  BTW, did anyone read The Superficial's comments this week? They were talking about Britney and said "Britney and Kevin didn't get to handpick their personal Asian baby from the baby store like Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise." Bwahaha


PS - I don't think Katie and Chris were virgins. I don't believe anyone who says that in the media (even JS), and if I recall correctly, they said that when they were around 21-22.

Supposedly, he and Nicole had an open relationship ie: they could both sleep with other men. Supposedly, part of their "deal" was that she could not get pregnant. Supposedly, she got pregnant with Baz Lhurmann's baby (director of Moulin Rouge) and broke the "deal" then had the miscarriage. Supposedly.
