I need your help, ladies!

I have a great collection of flats that I love to wear everyday. I also have several pairs of high-heeled pumps that I'll wear for more special occasions. But what I really need is something in between... I have several pairs of slacks that look so much better with heels than with flats but I simply cannot walk around all day and night with 3" or 4" heels. I know some of you do it, but I just can't, boo.

So, I am looking for a pair of low or mid-sized heels to fix this problem. I'd like them to be versatile and not ridiculously expensive. They can be any color, as long as they're pretty versatile, and they could be boots, booties or pumps. PLEASE no shoes that look like your grandma would wear them.

Do these shoes exist?! I've tried to look everywhere I can think of, both online and in person, to no avail. Am I the only person in the country who would like shoes that aren't flats or platforms?!

Thanks for the awesome suggestions, ladies! If anyone else has cute shoes they've seen, I'd love to collect more ideas before purchasing, but these are great.
