E:  3 mile run.  Will do abs/toning tonight. 


B:  Banana (2) Oatmeal (2) english muffin (1).  I'll spread this out throughout the morning.  I pretty much eat all day. 


L:  Rice Cakes (1) bagel with pb (4)


S:  popcorn (2) frozen limeade (1)


D:  filet mignon (7) cottage cheese (1)


Not sure about the rest of the day.  Will edit.

I've been so bad this past week--blame it on the holiday and bday.

B: Yogurt

S: lf string cheese

L: halk of a chicken, bacon, pesto sandwich & small salad

D: lentil soup and lf string cheese, hardboiled egg white

E:mile and a half run (baby steps...trying to work my way up to be a better runner)
