just for future reference...

a buyer wanted a quote on shipping to sweden and the usps quoted me around $30 by BOAT. (it's a 6lb box) but ups doesn't seem cheaper. any thoughts? thanks!

Boat is the cheapest and so is USPS. 


I had a friend in Norway that I used to send gifts to, I  had to keep it on the light side because it was always more than $10.


Sorry, I don't know of any alternatives

My DH has sold a lot of musical instruments to people in Europe and Australia.  He says USPS is your best option for international shipping.
