for $14.50 shipped... I love vintage shopping on ebay! It's going to look rockin' with the gray boots...

in preparation for my weekend in Paris, the only Chanel item I own:

but in vamp!

and, although I couldn't believe I did it, skinny jeans! I'm a little hippy, but I think they look okay... I really like the straight fit of the pants around my calves, though, it's a very fresh look after years of boot-cut. And for $39, they weren't a big investment...

Montmarte - Can you do a review of this sweater?  It's on my Anthro wishlist, I really love it.

I got it last weekend in black (they didn't have the grey in my size at the store). I LOVE it and can't wait to wear it. I was planning to size up if I had ordered it because I want it a little slouchy, but it would have been too broad in the shoulders and my regular size was just perfect anyway. Oh the grey is pretty much exactly the way it is showing up on my monitor--has a slight brownish cast, which I think is so pretty. It's a great piece for the price.  Get it!

New fridge!  Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

White Kenmore 21.7 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator with Filtered Ice and Water

I can't wait to get rid of our old one.  It's 25 years old with a broken ice maker and it makes all our vegetables freeze.  I never thought I'd be so excited about an appliance.

I was a bag girl, erm, I mean bad girl, today. This Chloe' Gladys tote was on sale for 60% off the retail price, and I couldn't help myself. I have been wanting a grey bag, so I didn't just buy it b/c it was on sale.

The bag below, but in the grey color of....

this bag here

I also got this UO trapeze jacket, but in a camel/brown color not shown online. I promise you it looks 5 times cuter on me than the model.

In a showing of will-power I was unaware I possessed, DH and I went shopping and I bought HIM two pairs of designer jeans (Joe's and Diesel), but NOTHING for myself!  I will remedy this shortly!  In fairness, these were for a belated birthday present...and he had sort of hinted he was ready for jeans not from the Gap, but wasn't sure what to do.  Am I entitled to a good citizen award or what?

*cough* today's purchases:

I got the necklace even though it has been agreed not to wear it with the madame x dress, because it's very distinctive and just my style. Also got some earrings from etsy. I've been really into faceted stones ever since I got that faceted chalcedony pendant from another etsy seller.
