jcrew has posted some of last years winter stuff in their final sale section- and that coat is ON SALE for $169, in VERY LIMITED SIZES

they have the green in a regular size 6, and a petite size 8 (with thinsulate) , which they say should fit a regular size 6

there are also other colors, including the cream, though sizes are extremely limited
i would call because sometimes they have other sizes in very low stock and they just don't put them online

hth!!

a little warning (since it's a final sale) if you haven't seen this coat IRL, the green is a completely different color than the photo represents.

i lusted over this exact green coat last winter, my husband bought it for me for xmas and we both agreed that although it was a beautiful coat, the color was all wrong and looked nothing like the photo online. needless to say i returned it based on color alone.

eta: i actually exchanged it for the ivory (even though i all i really wanted was a GREEN coat) becuase it was such a well-made classic coat.

What color green is it?  I want to to be a grass green.

i remember it being a lot brighter and yellower than i had hoped. they call the color "jade", which makes it seem a deep, rich color (much like what i see in the photo) but i would have called it "kelly", which i think of as brighter and louder. it definately made more of a statement than i wanted it to — and i'm not one to shy away from color.

i dunno... i'm not sure i'd describe it as grass green, but to me grass green IS a bit yellow and brighter, so it might work for you. it's a tough call. i just wanted to give you a little heads up on the color difference.

does that help? did anyone else see this color coat that can help out?

Thanks!  I think I'll pass on it since it's final sale and I'm scared the size will be wrong anyway.  I'll just wait until this years coats go on sale or stalk one on ebay.

Thanks Jmango for thinking of me!
