all I can say is, THANK GOD ANGELA'S GONE!!!! And she went out with a bang, too, WOW--of all her hideous outfits, I think this was the absolute worst. I'm happy that Jeffrey won, too--I definitely thought he would, although I would have been happy with Michael winning b/c his design was, as usual, incredible. But I really loved Jeffrey's. So cool, so different, so him.

FINALLY!!

In the words of my DH, and I quote "this is the best day of my life!" (Yes, he's a closet PR fan.)
Michaels was awesome, but I agree that Jeffrey's was totally him and he did SO much better than last week.

wow. angela's outfit was really bad, but i really didn't want her to be out. i know no one can stand her, but i thought vincent's outfit was a total flop. he showed absolutely no creativity at all. it was so basic.

on the other hand — even though i've declared my raging hate for him — i thought jeffrey deserved to win.

I Jeffrey and I'm so glad he won.  His outfit was so awesome and so him.

I am SOOOO glad Angela is gone.  That outfit was hideous.

Did anyone else think Laura couldn't have picked a worse color to wear?  She's super pale and the color of her dress totally washed her out.

Overall satisfied...though my personal aesthetic is definitely more Michael than Jeffrey, I think Jeffrey's was really good.

I love Kayne!  He is so over the top and I love it.  A little bad taste is refreshing every now and then!

kittenheels: I'm totally with you on Kayne. I can't live without Kayne, purveyor of non-taste and product of white trash.

I thought Jeffrey definitely deserved to win. One day, three standout pieces that were clearly well-constructed, and they were absolutely him. I'm not a Jeffrey fan and I think he can be an absolutely dick, but he really ran with this one.

Michael did a pretty damn good job too...I his seersucker cargo pants. Hotness.

Laura's dress was pretty cool, but I agree that a rich jewel tone would have looked beautiful against her skintone. The nude wasn't the best choice, but there were far worse out there with her skin tone and hair color.

I want to slap Vincent. Every. single. time. He may be the only annoying person to ever live in Santa Monica.

Angela is "arts and crafts gluing macaroni" and all like Jeffrey said, but I am sad she's leaving because she really is a good, kind person who kinda grew on me. That said, the outfit was awfulness...the rosettes on her butt just did her in. Dude, how much worse and crazy with those damn rosettes could she have gotten?

I was cheering when Angela was kicked off!  It is about time.  The flourettes where way to over the top this time.  She looked like a 5 year old playing dress up.  However, I still wish Vincent would have gotten the boot.  His outfit was a lame, dull dud.  Although, I do appreciate the fact that he hadn't done any menswear previously.  He annoys me more than Angela.

I don't think Kayne will make it to the final 3, and I'll also be really sad when he goes.  I actually really love his over the top tackiness, plus he's just adorable and funny.

I loved both Michael and Jeffrey.  I could have gone either way on the win.

I thought the color was so bad for her.  I was surprised she would pick something so pale for her.

I love Michael.  He is my favorite.  I can just picture women on the red carpet saying they are wearing a Micheal Knight.  =)

Jeffery's fit him so well.  Perfect for his personality.

Angela's was so bad.  I couldn't believe she couldn't figure out what to make for a jet-setter.  Even if you aren't one, part of being a designer is being creative and having an imagination.

The next person I want to go is Vincent.  I can't stand listening to him.  Especially we talks about the clothing "turning him on" or "getting him off".  Ewww

I also thought Laura's color choice for the dress sucked.

I was cracking up when:

Michael Korrs said that Angela would look like a homeless women after wearing her silk/linen blend pants for very long.

And when the paris designer said that Angela looked like she was "from another world."

Jeffrey was being such an ass but he deserved to win. The whole rock star thing suited him perfectly. My favorite has to be Michael, though. He's been really consistent week after week. I think he'll be in the top 3 for sure.
Poor Angela, one minute she was praising Catherine Malandrino's line and then Catherine tells her she looks like she's "from another world." Ouch.

Jeffrey's chain link crotch was not appealing to me AT ALL...plus I can't get over the fact that he looks like a turtle...so not a Jeffrey fan and I would have loved it if he had gotten kicked off...but then that would mean that Angela was still there...and I have to admit that Jeffrey made me laugh with his arts and crafts comment....

I loved Michaels...awww seersucker...and of course being from Oklahoma I'm a HUGE Kayne fan...I love those ps enhanced cheeks and pageant queen outfits!!!

And yes, i too would love to slap Vincent, but I think he's going to the final 3...it's the Wendy Pepper syndrome...whole lot of crazy wrapped up in there...

Laura doesn't have the ability to choose anything but black, white, or tan.  I am not surprised she did another design that at least consisted of a high waisted pant or deep v-neck.

Jeffrey is so funny!  Calling Angela arts and crafts macaroni girl!  LOL!   Sticking those rosettes where ever there is space on the fabric!   And what is up with the funky crotch she always has to do.  Not appealing.  What a mess!  I'm glad I don't have to look at her anymore, plus I hated her glasses which made her eyes look beady.

I liked Michael's outfit the best.  So far my favorite designer.  Hope he wins.

it was great to see jeffrey so passionate about the project!

i like uli but i am really glad that the judges called her out on her one-trick-pony-ness. i think she's really talented and i would like see what else she can do other than a flowy dress.

i actually screamed "YES!" when angela was eliminated. how awesome is it that they are in paris?! i wonder if they will be there for the rest of the show. :)

add me to the list that's glad angela's finally gone.  i could not stand that woman.

i thought michael should've won, but that could be because i just don't like jeffrey.  i'm glad they called uli out, too.  her stuff always looks great, but it's always so similar.

and vincent disgusts me, too, heatherlynn.  i do not want to think about anything turning him on.  ick.

i'm excited to see more of them in paris!  angela must have been so upset to turn around and go right home.  but seriously, those shorts would be cute on a girl under 8, no older.  and she needs to get over the flower/rosette thing.

I agree with this... although, in her defense, the challenge was to design something they themselves would wear. But still, she definitely needs to step out of her comfort zone a bit more and show some range.

Man, I did love Michael's outfit though. It was so fresh. Taking an ultra-preppy fabric like seersucker and turning it into a funky cargo pant, and pairing it with that crisp military/motorcycle-vibe shirt: truly inspired. And a gorgeous contrast with his dark skin and little bits of bling. In addition to being a fantastic designer, he is a damn good looking man!

michael's was amazing! i loved jeffrey's too and am cool w/him winning, but was not a fan of those pants. the shirt and jacket were brilliant though.

also, i love ulli and can't believe she hasn't won a challenge yet (correct me if i'm wrong). i don't think all of her stuff looks the same, i just think she has a very distinct style and i think it's ok to be true to that! the shape and construction of her dress last night was incredible and i thought deserved a bit more acclaim. also, she has a genius eye for patterns and color.

also, i want to be friends w/kayne.

ITA with everything Lilykind said. Ugh. I hate Jeffrey. I dislike him so much that I hate to see him win, even if he does deserve, which he arguably did (although the pants - what?).

If I'm not mistaken, Laura's looking a little off-color lately, all around. It may have something to do with her pregnancy. It must be tough to go through the first couple of months in a situation as stressful as PR. I noticed in her interviews that her coloring was off as well. Did y'all catch that shot of her in her spanx? It was awesome. I cracked up.

YAY!  Angela's gone.  I'm sorry, but with the exception of the black dress, everything she's done so far has sucked.  She has really weird taste in clothing.

Lone dissenter here, but I didn't think Jeffrey's outfit was all that great.  A blazer and a tshirt .  Yes, it was well constructed but it really didn't do anything for me.  Michael's was something very fresh and new looking and also lived up to the challenge.  His shirt was a cool take on the white button up and I loved those pants.  He looked hot.

I think Uli should get more credit for what she does.  That dress was gorgeous even if it was typical Uli.

Laura's dress was gorgeous and I actually liked the color.  It made her hair really stand out and looked really hot.

Vincent .  Where have the days of basket-hats gone?

Kayne---I love him!  I agree with whoever said a little bit of bad taste is refreshing--so true!  He's so flamboyant, I just can't help but love him.  I want to be friends with him .

catherine malandrino was so deliciously bitchy, but i so wish that kayne didn't bear the brunt of it (hellooo vincent/jeffrey).

i. can't. stand. jeffrey. he did a good job, and i can see why he won. what bothers me is how sore of a winner he was. and why is vincent on my tv?

Uli won the third challenge to make an outfit for a girl and her best pooch.  She had the Pug:).
