another boot question

So I am weighing the relative merits of these two pairs. I love the first because I don't have any dark brown boots, I love the lace-up style, and I love the contrast of the golden hardware. But I already have a pair of lace-up boots--they are black, and have black hardware, and have a rounded toe and thinner heel, but they are still lace-ups. I love the unusual gray/brown color of the second pair, but I'm concerned that they'll be too slouchy, whereas I want a more sleek look, I think. Also not sure if I could wear them over jeans, and I'm not familiar with this brand so I don't know anywhere I could go to try them on. Thoughts?

I love the gray Dolce Vita boots.  A girl on MUA posted a review w/pics of them - I'd link you to it, but she took the photos down already.  Anyhow, they are a slouchy boot, but you can scrunch them down or pull them all the way up to your knees and they look great.  They'd definitely fit over jeans too - she had pics like that and they looked awesome.  I hope that helps!

She still has a small pic on her style diary page:

I like both pairs but the first are my favorite. I love the hardware on them and think they're very cool. I think they'd look great with girly skirts.

Everytime I look at the pictures of her wearing them I want them more and more!  They're so hot.  Get them Sephorablue!

With out a doubt, this pair! The color is so unique and not something you will see on every one elses feet. I think they do look sleek, because of the coolness of the color. They are gorgeous-get em!

I really like the second pair.  Since you already have a black lace up boot I think you should get these.

I like them both, but as I told you earlier...there is something about that grey color!
