60's makeup

lately I have really been on a kick of loving 60's style makeup, like below... do you think this looks too dated? I don't want to look like a cartoon character, but I really love this style. Thoughts? Advice? Maybe it won't be as obvious as long as I avoid going around in Emma Peel outfits?

I think you could get away with a sixties eye. I might try it with more neutral tones to see about it before going so dark. Just don't wear it with a sixites inspired outfit and you should be okay. It's worth a try!

ITA.  As long as you aren't wearing it with 60's clothing, I think it's pretty flattering.  It's the makeup I had done for the fugliest bridesmaid dress ever :)
