Product Picture I love this dress from F21.  It is 100% silk chiffon (silk from F21)  Would it look good to wear a long sleeve top under it for fall/winter and maybe these shoes?   If so, what kind and color of long sleeve top?

Because of the neckline, I'm not sure that wearing something underneath will work so well.  I think you could wear think black, grey, or brown tights (whatever the accent color is on the dress--I can't tell) with the mary janes a la Sienna Miller.

I would do something over rather than over because of the neckline. Maybe a sweater like this over it and then just wear tights?

I agree with Collette.  That would be really cute.

Fantastic idea! That sweater that collete posted, worn with black tights and knee high boots even would be adorable!!

I think a very slim black turtleneck would look hot under that with black tights and your creme heels!

I agree with Elle. I think as long as you wear soemthing with long sleeves and a higher neckline (crewneck or turtleneck) in a dark color it would look really cool.

Exactly what I was thinking.  I think it would be difficult to wear a fitted sweater over it with the sleeves on the dress, plus then you'd cover up all the pretty detail.  Cute dress!

Love this idea!  I might have to borrow it, as I have a dress with the same styling.

I bought that dress and plan to wear a black turtleneck under it or just a black long sleeve shirt.

I have the shoes too, bloomie - so we're going to end up as outfit twins!

btw, I did make an outfit with the shoes last night. it's kind of plain though.

outfit

I don't know why, but I like the shoes with purple.
