Here is a review and pictures (as requested in my Weekday Shopping post from last week) of my navy wedges.

And this is a picture of the back, which makes it look like a stiletto.
It was taken with the flash on.




Review: As with most Seychelles shoes, they are very comfy and run a little big. I ordered my normal shoe size, and I can stick my finger between my heel and the back of the shoe, but the shoe doesn't actually slip off my heel. I guess the heel cup has a good enough grip on my heel, but I may get one of those heel liner things anyway.

The heel is 4" high, but it doesn't even feel like it because the sole is so cushioned.

Thank you for the great review and detailed pics!  I was wondering about the color, since all pics I've seen they look more black than navy.  Thank you for posting about the height and sizing, that really helps.  I might have to stalk those shoes too.

Augh!  I'm so jeolous!


I ordered them from Pink Mascara after you posted in the shopping thread last week.  I ordered a size 7, which is usually my normal size.  They are WAY too small for me.  I can barely get my feet into them.  And, when I do, it is obvious that I'm uncomfortably squeezed into them.  I was shocked because I always think of Seychelles as running about a 1/2 size too big.  Boo hoo!  I guess I'll try to order a 1/2 size up from the Seychelles site.


Anyway, those look great on you!!  I love your whole outfit.

Thanks for the review. And after seeing them in cosmo I am absolutely in love with the burgundy ones too. That navy is beautiful though - oh the choices!
