I bought the dark one, I think it looks better. But I'm not much of a fan of light denim in the first place

I havn't tried them on but I've seen them and the darker one is definately cuter IRL.

Mossimo Black Dk Indigo Dnm Pleat Back Skirt - 8I also have this one. The darker color was just more figure flattering for me. My mother complemented me just yesterday when I wore it. She was floored when I told her it was from target!

I'd say the darker wash. Darker is better for fall/winter.
