My friend's 21st birthday is coming up and she wants me to get dressed up. I've been looking around and haven't found much. We're going to your typical 21st bday spot-- Las Vegas.

I'm looking for something pretty inexpensive. I have a pretty neutral wardrobe and while I want to look hot/cute/insert adj., I don't want to look "fancy" or casual -- inbetween. Here are the shoes I will probably wear since they're easy to buy and wear.



Oh, yeah. I dress pretty minimalistic, simple, but not basic normally. Just clean lines.

I've actually been to 3 F21 this past week and many of their dresses fit funny on me. They'll either have no zipper/elastic so I can't put myself into the dress, or it'll be floppy on top and tight on the bottom. I'm a size 4; pretty average semi-hourglass shape so I don't think I'm at wrong here. At least I hope not.

I was considering getting this dress because of it's potential of dressing up but I don't know how. I'd turn it into the strapless version but I don't want to walk around Vegas wearing something strapless so does anyone have anything in mind? Maybe wearing something pretty underneath?
