E:  4 mile treadmill run, mile cool down, abs. 


B:  coffee, ww english muffin (1 pt), oatmeal (2 pt)


S:  yogurt (1 pt)


L:  turkey sandwich (3 pts), pretzels (2 pts)


S:  100 cal popcorn (2 pts)


D:

Pizza (12 pts)
random snacks: more pretzels (2), 60 cal chocolate stick (1), limeade (1), skinny cow ice cream (1) cookie (1)

So I ended up with 28 points today. Not so hot! Well at least I got 6 AP so I only took 2 from my weekly stash.
Everyone is doing really great!

I was gone all day yesterday but I didn't do so hot anyway....

B: ham sandwich (4 pts)
L: left over edamame from dinner last night - 2 pts
S: cereal with milk 3 pts

D: grill chicken breasts, some veggie - not sure what

way to go with a 4 mile run!


B: kashi go lean crunch with 1/2 c skim and 1/2 c blueberries


L: grilled chicken breast with salsa, 1/2 c corn, mixed berry thick and creamy yogurt


D: potato soup w/ bacos and cheese, grilled cheese and ham, and cherries

Here we go.  As promised, I will do this too (and by the way, I am the eating out queen-today it was Panera):


 


 


-Whole wheat bagel w/lowfat cream cheese (just a little) Panera


-Coffee


 


-Half Panera Greek Salad


-Half onion soup


-Diet Pepsi


 


-Turkey sandwich at home


-A cup or so of Raisin Bran cereal (no milk) for a snack


 


Worked out once in the morning for 40 minutes then again at night for another 40 minuets on the ellipitical at the gym.
