STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I know I'm pretty much looking for the holy grail of jeans right now, but they have to be out there someplace. I have a pair of sevens now that basically fit the description, but one pair will not be enough for this damn work assignment.

basically, I need something that:
-is comfortable enough to walk in all day. outside. in an area that probably has no sidewalks and is super cold. (so, something thats a soft denim, maybe 2% stretch but not "stretch" jeans, probably fairly dark?)
-can be dressed up with heels and a cute top for going out to bars/events
-I'm a bit patrial to designer denim- would preferably like citizens or joe's (since I know how these fit)
-under $100- preferably around $70- and must be available online since there are zero decent stores around here. Anyone know a place with a sale or a great code? I've done some browsing but haven't found much. I thought of doing the ebay route, but that scares me because of fakes.
