It's listed under dressy tops, but doesn't it look long enough to wear as a longer top w/leggings?

Absolutely. Heck, a lot of that stuff looks long enough to be a dress without leggings. I thought it was knee length at first.

cute, but if you have broad shoulders I'm not sure that neckline/sleeve combination would be the best idea...I know it would never work on me.
