E:  40 min on stepmill and 20 min rowing (5 pts).  Will probably do iSculpt this afternoon. 


B:  Peach yogurt (1 pt), WW English  Muffin (1 pt). 


S: Banana (2 pts)


L:  Turkey sandwich (3 pts...I got the WW bread that's only 1 pt for two slices) 100 cal cheetos (2 pts)


S:  Light string cheese and yogurt (3 pts)

I have no plan! I did go to the grocery at 7 am this morning, so I got some fruit & zero point foods for snacking (pickles, tomatoes, cucs) and some milk so I could eat cereal....

B: 2 chicken drumsticks - no skin (last night leftovers) - 2 pts
S: WW choc cake
