A few months ago I placed my first order with them and filled out a customer service survey.  Well because of said survey they sent me a one time coupon for $50 off my next purchase of $100 but it expires this Friday and since I just got back from vacation I can't place on order yet, so I emailed them to ask if they would extend the expiration date for me and they said yes, no problem.  I just have to email or call them when I place my next order and they will apply the code for me.  Now that is customer service!
