I want to wear these boots w/ some sort of summer knee-length or shorter dress to work. Do you think that will look weird seeing as how it's still summer and fairly sunny?

i think you could totaly pull it off.  my only suggestion would be to wear a long sun dress.  like something with an empire waiste that ties in the back in like a pale yellow or green color.  i totaly have it pictured in my head right now like i've seen it somewhere before.  hhhmmmfff, oh well.
