www.pradasamplesale.com to register. 8/22-8/25. You need an appointment.


The sale actually starts on Monday, but that is invite only. I just checked and Tuesday is fully booked, but people do cancel and that appointment goes back to the general pool.


Appointments
You must have an appointment to shop at the Sample Sale. An appointment made on this site is for ONE PERSON ONLY not plus guest(s). Each individual attending the Sample Sale must have an appointment, no exceptions. Please bring a copy of your appointment confirmation with you to your appointment.

To re-schedule an appointment, the original appointment must first be cancelled and then a new appointment day and/or time selected.

You may have a maximun of two appointments during the Sample Sale.

Pricing
Ticketed price of all merchandise is 25% below wholesale price. Further reductions as Sale progresses. Check back for details. Site will be updated regularly.

I might go if I can get away at lunch. I have an appointment on Friday at noon—do we think there will be *anything* left? I'm sad because technically I'm "media", however I work at a mag where I highly doubt they'd be sending prada invites. Boohoo.

Anyhow, has anyone ever been? Any idea of the pricing? I see that it's 25% below wholesale, plus markdowns... but I don't really have a concept of wholesale!
