Marc Jacobs skirt $71 (originally $298...still selling on Neiman's site for $298)


Is it special/cute or am I totally blinded by the sale price. Not really sure...the colors look red and black IRL but are listed as red and navy on the Neiman's site...couldn't figure out with RTW season this came from.
