What?! thats a good deal! i have one and paid full price but im not kicking myself in the butt cause its totally worth it. so if anyones interested...i highly recommend the bag. I it and i still get lots of compliments on it.

I paid full price for mine, too Tati.  But I agree w/ you about it being worth it.  I still get compliments from strangers. 


I saw a black bag at Mexx last week that looked almost exactly like a Lombok, but smaller.  It was $71.

i've wanted that bag for so long!!  im supposed to be on a pseudo shopping ban.  should i splurge and get it?  i said my next bag purchase should be black.

get the lombok, you won't regret it.  i love mine.


it does look a little small in the pic, but it's not - they just have it really gathered at the top.  it's plenty big, for me anyway.

$212 is the sale price, and I don't think they'll let you use a code on sale items .  Though if someone proves me wrong on that account I will bow at your feet for all eternity!


I'm still debating as well ......


Jocasi owners - is the leather glazed?  I'm hoping my next bag purchase will be of the sort where the leather looks better with age, as my Handmaid bag is looking a bit distressed from the finish wearing off the leather.

And also to see how the bags people have had for awhile are holding up - like I said this would be an everyday bag for me (not much of a bag-switcher) and I want something that's still going to look good after awhile of daily use ....

im not much of a bag switcher either and its holding up very well. it practically looks the same as the first day i got it. any more questions i'll be happy to answer, or if you'd like to see pictures of how it looks now and when i first got it.....

mine's held up really well, too.  and i abuse the hell out of it.  it's been totally drenched in the rain, tossed onto the floor millions of times, the cat sleeps in/on it, and it still looks great.  and i am a bag switcher, but i definitely use it more than any of my others.

Hmmm, very interesting!  So the edges of the leather aren't rubbed raw? 


Is it easy to get in and out of quickly?  Has it gotten any slouchier with time?


Sorry for all the uber-specific questions - I'm trying to decide if I want to jump on this now or try to wait and get an Anna Corinna (which is something that definitely looks like it would get better with wear) at a discount at some point .....

im still trying to decide.  i think im going to get the lombok if i get either.  im trying to be good.  i was just about sold when my neighbor told me she thought it was hideous.  this coming from the girl who wears jeans and t-shirts everyday.  if i can be good this weekend and not spend too much,  im going to do it.
