I agree that it would look better with somewhat of a more stuctured bottom. Skinny jeans etc. It hides rather than compliments your little waist.

Thanks ladies for your opinions! So now that I know what to wear the blouse with, what should I wear with the skirt? Would a black tee or a black tank top look okay?

Black Tank would look cute. Then when it gets colder you could layer a sweater over the tank and add a belt.

is there any green in the skirt (like leaves?) I would pick up on that color if it's there. To me, black seems a little harsh for such a soft and feminine color and pattern - although it might look ok, I'd have to see it. I also see cream with it... I do like the white with it, just not that style of top - something more fitted in the waist like others have said.

D no there are only two colors on the skirt which are the ones you can see in the picture. I will try it with some other tops and with the black one and maybe we can come up with a solution. I have had so much trouble trying to find a shirt for this skirt!
