1) At least one new warm but very cute coat

2) A good, quality black bag that will be perfect for work ... and everything else!

3) Oversized, soft cardigan/high-waist skirt/sweater dress (anything I can layer and wear with tights and boots)

This is subject to change:

1.  Black patent leather heels

2.  Purple belt - random, I know.

3.  Thin sweaters.  I went overboard w/ cardigans the last couple of years, so I need pullovers.

1. Zip-up hoodie (Not the thin ones)

2. Brown casual oxfords

3. Great fitting black dress pants & great fitting white blouse

3) cords (I didn't find any last fall) And more sweaters, of course!

Me, too!  And I'm really into earthy/jewel tones and major texture for fall.  Some more, too:

- Deep-V pullover sweaters
- Transition fall bermudas ... something tweedy
- Wedges (non-sandal, walkable)
- Slouchy, light brown leather bag

  • A voluminous jacket. I have my eyes on the Club Monaco and French Connection ones in Lucky and will most likely purchase whichever one fits better.

  • Rachel Pally sack dress. I need to try it on, but I am fully embracing a silhouette where I won't have to flip out about my cellulite showing. I also realize that the consensus on this dress is that it's the single most unflattering thing on the planet.

  • Grey or black flat boots with a slim but sturdy sole that can fit my calves.

1. Red patent leather belt - for some reason I feel this will make every outfit perfect - not sure why

2. Boots - also not sure which ones I want. My dream is green slouchy ones but I need something with a smaller heel and I'm thinking round-toed. I have to try some short boots with knee socks to see how that looks before I decided on tall or short boots.

3. The third is such a huge category - it seems like everything I have is falling apart. I guess the most important things are some better quality dresses/skirts.

Here is what I am thinking now...

1. leopard ballet or other flats

2. perfect dark red leather bag

3. deep v-necks sweater

(oh, and also a gray pencil skirt)

1. A royal blue sweater. I think this J. Crew fits the bill.

2. New black boots... that fit over my huge calves
3. A gray dress with sleeves... out of a knit or wool. Kinda random, but I've seen some very chic ones and I think it would be perfect to work.

my three would be 1. slouchy round toe boots (tried one on at aldo and they were super comfy)

                          2. sweater dress (im looking at the houndstooth one from BR)

                          3. and a new black coat (just a simple everyday one, the one i have is a bit too dressy)
