How do I get a price match?


Like, for instance, if a pair of shoes is 84.95 at Nordstrom, but 89.95 on Zappos, will Zappos do a price match?

as long as nordstrom has the size & color in stock that you want to buy from zappos, yes. just email them.

They will, but they'll include the shipping of the other place in the price match - so, since zappos.com has no shipping an nordstroms does - I don't think it would be worth it in this specific instance.

is this a new policy? because i have always had them price match w/o considering the shipping charges...

I ended up just ordering from Nordstrom because I knew I could ship them tax-free and, out of the two places, Nordstrom would be more likely to have a sale (even though no sales are scheduled till November).
