LOVE your new handbad, D! And nice car, ayo. I'm here at work, but I'm sure I'll add to this thread later on. I'll be keeping my 21 mo. old niece this weekend, might buy a few things for her (and me).

well, you are a STYLISH suburbanite. as long as your closet doesn't become full of capris and crocs, you'll be ok. and that's no lame mommymobile either

I can't find a pic but a couple of skirts from Macy's (for a grand total of $50) that look almost identical to:
Color me happy.
I ran in Target to try to find a red belt to go with the first skirt but was out of luck. Instead I picked up these: Not this one exactly but it looks like it except the one I got is stretchy and metal - like I could hurt someone metal. It's very cool. I feel like Wonder Woman when I wear it. but in black
And another black and silver stretch belt that's not on their website. I might wear it with the black dress I got for the wedding in a few weeks. I thought it would add a little something.
I probably will not have much shopping lute to post for, well the rest of my life, because my husband and I just bought a condo in our favorite vacation town Telluride Colorado. I'm very happy although it means very little shopping and beans and rice for the rest of my life.
D those shoes are gorgeous!!! I am thinking about getting the payless ones or those you got if they have my size. Do you have any outfit ideas? I am obsessed with round toe mary janes, but I have trouble coming up with outfit ideas?

sunglasses and a birthday dress... I've been visiting these Marc Jacobs beauties for a couple of weeks, I'm so excited! We'll see how the dress works, I'll probably post for opinions. I figure it can work for my daytime party and be dressed up for whatever my bf has planned that night.
bloomie - I can see them with my summer skirts as well as camel pants, and think I may push the envelope and possibly wear tights with them in the winter along with a camel or olive wool skirt... winter white wool would look pretty too... I think I would want to stay on the heathery side for winter, and can be punchier with them for the rest of summer and upcoming spring. also, I looked at them and the "slight metallic" is on the top portion of the shoe only. I think they only have 9 which I'm concerned about in case they run small. good price for them though!

The United Colors of Benetton store was open and now it looks like they are already closing their doors? Stuff was dirt cheap, mostly buy 1 get 2 free on the same rack! I didn't need all the duplicates, but if its free, I'm taking it and hopefully getting something for it on ebay.
I got $915 worth of stuff from that store for $54.97!
2 in green 1 in blue. They fit so nice!
Two of the jackets and one of the shorts. The floral pattern is so cute!
Two of the blue, one of the pink. These fit really nice too.
I went back to Benetton and got two more things:
These were buy 1 get 1 free!
Then I went to J Crew and got this cute pink jacket for only $15!
I can't wait for fall weather. I'm dreaming of walking through our historic downtown area, starbucks in hand, pushing my little Madeline wrapped in warm sweaters and cute hats (her not me). As for me I'll be layered in basics like these:
i haven't posted here or been shopping in quite a long time, but i am pretty excited about these two purchases. the dress is aqua and the contrast straps and back is a navy blue, the bag is navy & white. i'm hoping they look good together IRL. i plan on wearing the dress and carrying the bag to my VERY stylish girlfriend's wedding coming up. i think i have my accessories chosen as well as a pair of shoes, but stay tuned, i'm going to be looking for advice from you girls on makeup and hair ideas:
