Girls That Can't Wear The Skinny Jeans
Permalink Closed

So I tried on a pair of Skinny Jeans last week and it was, let's say, laughable.

So has anyone seen any great Straight leg jeans that have a similar sillouhette, but won't make us "hippy" girls look more "hippy"?

If so, please post! TIA!

I have a pair of blujeanious skinny jeans that i purchased 4 years ago and i have yet to find another pair of jeans that i love as much.  you might be able to grab some on eBay since i do believe this brand is no longer in business.  let me see if i can find the style.

Express carries a label called R U Blue that has a straight leg but with a more skinny styling. They are $79.50 but are on sale for $39.50. I'm returning a pair b/c  I've gotten so used to the streamlined look that the straight leg seems *big* to me even though it's really not. They do have a nice fit and come in several washes and black.

I didn't check but some of the house brand jeans might have a straight leg styling, 59.50 reg/ $29.50 on sale.

COH's 'Ava' straight leg isn't as bad. It's way more flattering than the True Religion pair I tried one.

ETA: to say 'isn't as bad' is probably unfair to the jeans, as they were actually flattering. the reason I didn't get them (besides the fact that BF the male jeans afficionado would've never let me in the house again ) was because the silhouette honestly doesn't feel fresh to me.
