For over a year now I have been standing firm on my anti-croc campaign. Though I understand the benefits they allow many professsionals such as nurses who must be on their feet all day. I find them just fine for gardening, boating, perhaps even walking the dog or trips to the supermarket, but as an everyday shoe I just can't accept it. However my dearest best friend called today wondering if these were just as wrong....
and I had to tell her no....in black certainly not, gold and silver still probably not, fushia maybe going too far...but now I see green and who knows (I have a weakness). I think I might want a pair...
What do you ladies think, improvement or just as bad as the originals?

I think these are cute and I'd totally wear them to run errands in or like to an amusement park. Maybe even shopping, especially if it is an outdoor mall. Do you have a link to them?
I do have to add that I think of these as a spring/summer shoe only.
Well they sell them at the crocs website, but that picture is from the bloomingdale's website. http://shop.crocs.com/pc-33-4-prima.aspx?reqid=33&reqProdTypeId=41p&subsectionname=footwear§ion=products
I saw them at Journeys last week and thought they were cuter than the other kind. I didnt look to much at the detail though I just saw them on a shelf. I might consider getting a pair of those instead of the other ones.
I have to say, I was firm anti-croc until about 2 months ago when my boss bought me a pair (I am a chef so I stand all day and need comfy shoes) and they actually rock. They look incredibly stupid but feel really good. These don't look so incredibly stupid, I like them. However, the problem with Crocks is that they are really wide so these might look odd once they are actually on your foot, like a little kid wearing Mom's shoes.

Same here. It seemed like everyone in NC had them this summer, so my eyes are less blinded by them, but still, I can't break my anti-Croc ban. The ballet flat ones are cute though. I wouldn't buy them but I could see people making them look good.
