are there any jeans anymore with a mid-rise that are higher end and not "mom jeans"?  I've tried the muse by joe's- love them but a little wide at the bottom of the leg, and i know j brand has a mid rise.  seriously though- why does every jeans company ONLY offer low and superlow?  where are the options?  and on a similar note- why does EVERY boutique only seem to be getting skinny jeans in stock for fall?  where are the other silhouettes?

Ugh.  I am right there with you.  I hate that my ass hangs out in all the jeans that are on the market.  It makes it hard for me to wear them to work or in any enviroment even.  Have you tried the J Brand midrise?  I'm curious how it fits.

I don't mind the low rise so much...but I agree that the over abundance of skinny jeans is annoying. Especially since I think that trend is going to only last one second.

about 80% skinny jeans, maybe 3 higher rise options...did the buyers not realize that their choices won't flatter most people???

Heatherlynn- I haven't tried them on yet- i'll report back to you when i get them.

The ones that aren't skinny leg jeans are the same ole COH and Sevens that are everywhere.  I want to try all the new jeans too!!  Don't they realize us girls with thighs and/or a booty have money to spend too?

OK, I KNOW they aren't designer, but Old Navy just came out with a curvy fit boot cut jean that I am dying to try.  I am going tomorrow and I will give a review for sure.  I will believe it when I see it.

I like low rise jeans, but only with a long top. Thankgoodness long tops are everywhere these days! As for skinny jeans I put them in the same category as leggings. Not my thing. I'm sure most of them will be on the clearance racks very soon.
