I am trying to decide if they're worth $39.50. I am sure they'll go on sale, but I am a popular size! I desperately need a replacement for my old silver flats, and these remind me of the MJ's I can't afford.

Update: Saw them today. I definitely needed a 9 (I am usually an 8). They were OK on comfort -- not especially great, but not bad. I didn't like the silver IRL though; it was sort of dirty-looking. The gold and black were a lot nicer IMO.

Oh, and I didn't notice any "foot squish," but there is some toe cleavage if that bothers anyone.

Wanted to bump this for HB, because I'm curious too.  Anyone seen them in person yet?  I ordered the black last night.  I'll review them when I get them.

I don't think they're in stores yet - I was just at Gap like 2 days ago and they definitely didn't have them.  They're really cute!

haven't seen them but they I just wanted to say they are really cute! I have a sick addiction to ballet flats so I just might have to purchase these too.

I think those would be a great back up to the MJ's. And the material might just be good enough that it will last you for quite a while.

Here is a review that was posted in another forum:

"I had the fall version that were just plain and I loved them. These however, I did not love. First off, that criss cross strap looks way weird when you try them on, but it also cuts at your foot fat/skin and makes your feet look really squished.

They are really uncomfy and they don't have half sizes -- normally that's not a problem for me but here the 9 was a smidge too tight but the 10 was way too big.

My only positive was the colors -- muted gold, silver and then a black. I really really wanted to like these :("

So I guess I'll just hold out hope that the reviewer has fat feet & I don't?

Whoever sees them IRL first needs to report. I love them too

I have duck feet (narrow at the heel, wide at the toe box). I wonder if I sized up to a 9? (Normally an 8-8.5). That review is a bummer! But thanks for posting it, Z4.

they do run narrow I'm a 8.5 so I'll be getting a 9. Plus they only come in half sizes anyway.


They probably put them on the alsefloor at the beginning of the week.
