My Nordies order is missing!

According th CS they said it was delivered last Friday.  It totally sucks because now they have to refund my original purchase.  I have to replace the order but now the purse I wanted is on backorder until October and they need to locate the necklace that I want.  Urghhh!!!!Why, oh why do the stupid shipping people leave things on your doorstep? Especially in an apartment building (damn shady neighbors).  How come some have enough sense to leave it with the management office and other just things it's fine to drop it off on your doorstep?  I am so frustrated.

I'm sorry that happened to you.  I had the same thing happen with a VS box around christmas time except it was delivered to my apt's office and signed for yet they don't know what happened to it.


Lately both ups and fed ex have been leaving packages out side of my neighbors' door.  Mine all go to the office but theirs for some reason don't. Anyways because I've seen their packages laying all over I have been making sure that if I order something I put on the form to make sure to note on the package to deliver to office.  Its so frustrating.

Fed Ex did this to me the other day! I live in a skeezy neighborhood, so I don't know why any fed ex man would think it was a good idea to leave a box in the front door. Sometimes bums sit in our vestibule to get away from the elements, and they could just pick up my package and go!

Thankfully, I filed a missing package report and everything turned out fine except I didn't get my shipping money back.
