I'm having a really, really, really bad day (food and other)


B:  Bagel and Cream Cheese and Coffee


S:  2 organic mint chocolate cookie things and a half cup of FF milk


L:  Grilled chicken and veggies


S:  cheese


D:  Baked Chicken Parm


E:  1 hour with trainer

B: flax seed waffle, 1 tablespoon whipped pb


L: lentil soup, rf string cheese


S: apple, rf string cheese


Pre Workout S: orange


D: whole grain rice & veggies, orange


E: 45 minutes cardio; arms; legs (actually only did legs but added abs)

Breakfast:  Kashi bar and peach


Snack:  Coffee and fruit and yogurt parfait (stopped at McD's)


Lunch:  roasted chicken rice, string cheese.  Coffee light frap (way too much coffee for me today)


Snack:  100 cal popcorn


Dinner:  Really not sure.  Hubby is in charge of this one tonight.


Exercise:  30 min stairmaster, 60 min cardio (split between elliptical and treadmill)

Ok, I'm feeling old and ugly, so I'm toning up more. I used to work out all the time, but I've been slacking. Yesterday I worked out for an hour at the gym. Today..

Diet:
3/4 a pumpkin-cream cheese muffin
double vanilla latte
1 peice supreme pizza
1/2 a naked fruit vitamin drink
2 helpings cheese ravioli with spinach and parmesan

Exercise:
played touch football for about an hour
