Need closet help!

I reeeeeeally need to organize my closet. It's jam packed and there's no stopping of items going in either. So, I'm trying to find things that will work with it to help organize it better. My first task is to go through everything in it and clean it out. Hopefully I'll be able to get rid of a lot.

After that's done, what do you think of these things to help with the organizing? Oh, for reference, I have no under the bed storage, as that space is already taken up and so is all of my drawer space...

The multi-tier hangers, to hang my beaters up (since I have so many):

Something like this, or another shoe cubby thing; I hate the metal racks for shoes, since my shoes always fall off and through the bars:

Something like this for my purses (the low-end ones):

Now, this is my closet; The metal bars and shelves can't be moved or adjusted, since they're permanently affixed to the walls. And I can't do any permanent adding, etc., since I rent:

I hang my camis on this. Mine has the racks on both sides. I bought it at the container store, but I'm sure you can find them cheaper.

I used to have a pant rack like the one in the first picture and honestly, I hated the damn thing.  There's no way to get pants (or camis in your case) on or off the little racke without it disturbing everything else and making things fall all over the floor.  There are some that have arms that swing out and I've found that kind to be much better.

HTH!

i hate all those multiple hangers on one thingies- never used them.  What is that space on the bottom right?  is it another rod?  You can use it to hang skirts if it is, since it looks pretty short.  If not, you could use it to put some bins and fold in out of season things or things that don't wrinkle easily but aren't used often (maybe jeans that are on low rotation, sweaters, etc).  I think the main problem is that you can't really push around your stuff to look through your clothes- if you get rid of maybe 20% of your clothes that you don't wear, and fold some of it, i think that will mainly solve your problem.
