On August 4th, I'm going to my 10-year high school reunion, which is at a bar, so I'm assuming it will be very casual. I want to look nice, but I want to wear something that reflects my laid back style. I think I'm going for a 70's vibe with the color scheme, and vintage inspired pieces.
I can't decide what kind of top to wear. I was thinking a tank. It's going to be HOT, I'll be in Austin Texas...in August.
Here's my outfit I'm thinking:
My new favorite color right now is this wine color:
I'm thinking of wearing these jeans:
and my new vintage shoes off ebay:
I'm probably going to wear this tiny heart necklace:
I'll probably throw in some more jewelry and a belt similar in color with my shoes. Is this too fall like too early?? Do you think it's casual, but nice enough to go to a bar for my HS reunion? TIA!
I think it's a cute outfit. I don't know about a tank for a reunion, though. Have you ever been to the bar? Do you know if it's casual, etc.? I wouldn't personally wear a tank. But if you're wanting to show how laid-back you are, it might work

Hey Lovely Lady! Austin is my hometown too, born and raised. I actually went to highschool in Bastrop though, which is where my reunion is. *Wow Bastrop is so exciting!* But I still consider Austin my home, always will be (even though I don't live there anymore)...I'm an Austin girl to the core.
WOW - where I live now, Bastrop is literally down the street! LOL I'm a few years older than you, b/c my 10 yr. reuion was back in 2000, so........ Still pretty cool to know some other Austin-nites! LOL
