They look good! It is incredible to see how much JC Penney has improved -- I'm still getting used to the idea of it as being a good place to shop.

So am I.  However, I was a little disappointed in their Fall catalog this year, but they have definitely improved.

I personally prefer it when skinny jeans are longer and scrunched up a bit at the bottom.

i think they are cute! jcpenneys seems hit or miss sometimes, but i always find cute things when i go in.
